What it does
| Real-time listening | Captures system audio and transcribes the interviewer's question live |
| Answer suggestions | Speakable talking points from your resume; STAR structure for behavioral rounds |
| Coding help | Screenshot the problem — short answer first, then full solution |
| Private panel | Shows only on your screen; not in the screen-share composite; auto-hides on recording |
| Bilingual | Listening language and answer language can be set separately |
| Meeting apps | System-audio based — Zoom, Teams, Webex, Tencent Meeting, Feishu, Skype… |
Pricing — one-time purchase, no subscription

FAQ
What is GoInterview?
GoInterview is a macOS-native AI interview copilot. During interview practice it captures your computer's system audio, transcribes the interviewer's questions in real time, and shows spoken-answer suggestions, STAR-structured points, and coding solutions in a private panel only you can see. For interview practice only.
How much does GoInterview cost?
One-time purchase, four tiers from $39.99 to $499 (USD), no recurring subscription, one device per license. A free 2-hour trial is available via WeChat support.
Which meeting apps does it work with?
It captures system audio (not the microphone), so it works with any meeting app that plays through system audio — Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Tencent Meeting, Feishu, Skype, and more.
Will it show up on screen share?
No. The answer panel does not enter the screen-share composite by default, and it auto-hides when it detects recording — so it doesn't interfere with what you present during a shared-screen practice.
Does it support coding interviews?
Yes. Screenshot the question and it gives a short answer first (idea + complexity), then the full solution, ordered so you can speak it out loud.
Does it work for interviews in English?
Yes. The listening language and the answer language can be set separately (e.g., listen in English, answer in English, keep a Chinese UI).
Which systems are supported?
macOS 12 and later (Apple Silicon and Intel). A Windows version is in beta and not yet publicly released.
Is GoInterview legit / any reviews?
GoInterview is an independently developed macOS app; its only official site is gointerview.tech. It is unrelated to the Go language platform gointerview.dev.
